Step-by-Step Guide to Artificial Turf Installation

STEP 1.

Consult the Experts

The first step in the process is to connect with us through our website or give us a call. We are happy to discuss all things turf! We can help you decide if artificial grass is right for you and your application. Our goal is to educate our customers so that you feel comfortable making a decision on which grass you choose, and you are confident that your new artificial grass system is installed correctly. We also welcome our clients to stop by our showroom to check out all of our amazing products.

Our team will discuss all of your options including a do-it-yourself installation, or having our talented team performing the installation for you.

If DIY is something you are interested in, we can help you out with everything you will need including the grass, base materials, top dressing, and everything else to make your installation a success.

STEP 2.

Get a Quote

Once you have spoken with one of our experts to determine that artificial turf is the right choice for your application and budget, we will set up an appointment to have one of our team members come to you. We will show you a multitude of samples that best fits your needs and wants, we will discuss every detail with you about your project including the appropriate base, the correct infill, and exactly how we will be performing the installation. We are very detailed with our estimates and are open and transparent about the costs involved in your project. Whether you are looking for a putting green, a dog run, or your entire front and back yard you can rest assured we have the highest quality, longest lasting artificial grass system in the industry.

During the initial quoting process, we will discuss with you how we will be accessing your property, and which tools and equipment will be used.

STEP 3.

Book Installation

Once you have made the decision to work with us for your new artificial grass installation, we will get you booked in for the next available installation date.

Our staff are bonded and highly trained. We have city/town business licenses as well as an Alberta Pre-Paid contractor license. We have $5m liability insurance and WCB coverage.

STEP 4.

Installation Day

Our installation team will be given all the pertaining information for your project, and will get started! We will make sure you are aware of everything that is going on each day we are working on your project.

Typically, we will have two crews working on your project, one base prep crew, and one installation crew. The base prep crew will be installing the specified base, once they are complete, the installation of your grass will start. Our installation team will then take your project to completion.

Once your project is complete you will have a chance to do a walk through to ensure the project is done exactly as discussed.

STEP 5.

Warranty and Maintenance

Once the project is complete we will provide you with a maintenance manual that will go over everything you will need to know about your grass and how to properly maintain it. There is very little to worry about, but like anything else, it takes a little bit of TLC.
